Ayatsuri Sakon

Think "The Jikembo
of young Kindaichi" with a bishounen puppet master as a hero and absolutely
beautiful backgrounds and you have Ayatsuri Sakon. It's one of those in the
whodunnit genre, and looks to be promising.
|
Sakon is a puppet master, and his
puppet is Ukon. It's funny watching him play the foil to his extroverted puppet,
with his quiet personality.
I can't tell you much else about the anime, having seen only one episode
- other than the fact that it takes backgrounds to a new level. What Noir
did with urban Paris, Ayatsuri Sakon does with rural Japan - you won't believe
the scenery art in this anime.
